Our stunning central festival and safari tents make memorable venues for your meetings and retreats. We can provide a central meeting area, full seating arrangements with tables and chairs, and can organise it theatre style, board room, or altogether less formal depending on your requirements.

Embers Events offers exclusive, high-end hospitality packages for corporate clients at our exclusive Embers Bentley campsite near the Sussex Coast.
The site covers eleven acres and with the South Downs National Park and Sussex coastline nearby, the area offers an unparalleled immersion in nature and an incredible choice of outdoor activities that can be tailored to your needs.
If you’re looking for an overnight stay under the stars, we’ve got you covered. Embers offers an array of accommodation to suit your needs - choose from a selection of charismatic canvas safari tents, pre-pitched with bedding provided, lights and carpets if needed - or, get the group into teams to set up camp ats a challenge. In the evening, the campfires light up to provide a magical experience under the stars, whilst keeping you snug and entertained.
We have new modern washrooms at the campsite; purpose-built, oak framed and complete with all the home comforts such as piping hot showers and underfloor heating. At Embers, we always take the greatest care of the environment as 95% of our on site energy is generated by Solar Power, materials are recycled to best practice and water saving devices such as flow limiters reduce water waste, so you can enjoy our campsite again and again and nature would not know you were there!
Outdoor eating at its best! We understand that great food is central to happiness and is a key focus of any event. We can provide a huge range of bespoke options from seated dining, under canvas Out of Africa style, to providing ingredients for your groups to cook under the stars.
A firm favourite are our pizzas, which are freshly made on site, using organic ingredients, in our Wood Fired Ovens - a fantastic way to cater for your event or team building workshop! We also offer an extensive menu prepared by our team of chefs. Here is an example to whet your appetite:
A Barbeque Evening with prawns, corn on the cob with chilli butter, salads and butterflied lamb with herbs. A vegetarian option will also be served. Dessert is made with sticky BBQ pineapple, marshmallows and maple syrup, served around the campfire for a unique ambience.
